Tim Napier is a training and human resource development professional.  Tim has worked for both local and international Project Management and engineering companies, and currently trains in a variety of management-related topics. These include Project Management, Communications Skills, Presentation Skills, Software Training and Report Writing Skills.

Tim Napier has travelled extensively throughout Southern Africa and the Middle East, providing training to both private and public-sector clients, as well as being employed as a contract trainer at leading education institutions in South Africa.

After completing his Bachelor of Commerce degree with Honours in Personnel Management, from the University of Natal in Durban, South Africa, Tim Napier worked for South Africa’s leading traffic and transportation consultancy for some 12 years. In the last 5 years he has concentrated on training and development work, as well as providing support to a number of NGO’s and welfare organisations.
