Saskia Wüstefeld specializes in facilitation of learning, assessment, training, team and business transformation processes.  She is the Managing Member of Sa-San Training & Transformation based in Durban, South Africa.  Her experience was gained through her work in consulting with a number of organisations in South Africa and Southern Africa and the Middle East.  Saskia is also a conference speaker.

Saskia Wüstefeld holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of KwaZulu Natal (UNKZN), a Post Graduate Higher Diploma in Education from the University of Capetown (UCT), a Managing Diversity Post Graduate Diploma from PMD Programme at Witwatersrand University and an MBA (MBL) (cum laude) through the University of South Africa (UNISA) Saskia has participated in the Rotary Exchange Programme to New Zealand and the Rotary International Group Study Exchange Programme to Japan.  Saskia is a seasoned facilitator and a competent assessor.  Saskia is registered with the Services Seta as a training provider, the ETDP Seta as an Assessor and the South African Council of Shopping centres as a retail business advisor.
