Hussain Redha is a senior professional with over 40 years of experience in business in the Kingdom of Bahrain and the USA. A qualified Chartered Cost & Management Accountant, Hussain has held various General Management roles for the Bahrain Petroleum Company.  He has managed Legal, Financial, Services, Human Resources and Administration divisions.  He has also functioned as Company Secretary and has acted as Chairman of Negotiation Committees in dealing with Trades Unions. 

After his retirement in 2006, Hussain was appointed Executive General Manager of Bahrain’s “Improved Wages Through Training and Productivity Improvement” Programme initiated by the Ministry of Labour.

Hussain has made a significant contribution to various professional bodies and committees, including government Task Forces to reform Secondary Education and develop a Vocational Education & Training Framework for Bahrain.
